Make it last

Care & Maintenance

Follow these simple guidelines to keep your linen looking fresh, bright and soft for longer.

Wash

Wash whites at 60-70°C and colours at 40°C or below. Separate whites from coloured linen.

Detergent

Use mild, chlorine-free detergent. Avoid bleach on coloured items such as red or beige table linen.

Dry

Tumble dry on medium heat or line dry in shade to protect colour and fibres.

Iron

Iron cotton while slightly damp on a medium-hot setting for a crisp finish.

Store

Store clean, dry linen in a cool, ventilated area away from direct sunlight.

Rotate

Rotate stock evenly (we suggest 3-4 sets per bed) so every piece wears gradually.

Good to know

Always follow the care label supplied with each product. Ask us for a care guide tailored to your laundry setup.

By product

Care tips for each range

Bed linen

Wash new sheets before first use. Don’t overload machines. Linen needs room to rinse clean. Iron slightly damp for hotel-crisp corners.

Towels & robes

Skip fabric softener: it coats fibres and reduces absorbency. Tumble dry medium and shake out terry before folding.

Table linen

Treat stains straight after service. Keep red and beige cloths away from bleach; starch napkins for sharp folds.

Protectors

Wash at up to 60°C and tumble dry low, as high heat damages waterproof backing. Never iron the waterproof layer.
