Not every bed is a standard king and not every table is a standard round. Send us your mattress depths and table dimensions and we will make sheets, protectors, tablecloths and overlays that fit exactly: round, square and rectangular, with floor-length drops for banquets.
Opening a new wing or refreshing your rooms? We put together complete room sets (sheets, duvet and cover, pillows and cases, protectors, bath and hand towels, bath mat and robe), packed per room for easy housekeeping. We suggest stocking 3-4 sets per bed so linen can rotate evenly.
Bring us a swatch, a paint code or a photo of your interiors. We match bed runners, cushions, throws, table linen and accent borders to your colours so every room and dining space feels like part of the same story.
We keep a record of your specifications, so re-orders match what you already have, the same weight, colour and branding. For bulk and custom orders we require a 50% deposit on confirmation and the balance on delivery; credit facilities are available by prior written agreement.
Every order is checked before it leaves us, and you have a dedicated contact afterwards. Report any shortage or defect within three working days of delivery and we will make it right. We also advise on care routines tailored to your laundry setup so your linen lasts longer.
